What we eat is what we are. This days when everything seems to be made so fast and expensive, in order to keep healthy we need to eat things that are nutritious, that means eating less stuff, and consuming just what you need in order to keep up with a healthy diet, most people this days eat not because they’re hungry, it’s because the just do it, which is wrong. Good standpoint.
